Does my card expire?

- No. Gift cards are valid until redeemed. 

Can I buy a physical gift card online?

- No, physical gift cards can only be bought at a Flanigan's location. 

What if I lose my card?

- Protect your gift card like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.

Is my card accepted at all Flanigan's locations?

- Yes, your gift card can be used at all Flanigan's locations.

What is the difference between a Promo Card and Gift Card?

- A gift card is purchased and does not expire. A promo card is rewarded during a promotion and cannot be bought. Promo cards do have an expiration date.

Can my expired Promo Card be reissued?

- No, we cannot reissue expired promotion cards.

Can I use my gift card for online ordering?

- Yes, you can use gift cards and egift cards for online ordering.
